KING’S CHAPEL ALTAR OF PRAYER TEMPLE HOLINESS UNTO THE LORD

Our church believes in communication with the Spirit of God. We believe in prayer. We pray for saints everywhere. Ephesians 6:18—“Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints.”

We are prayer warriors for the King of kings. We believe we must have on the whole armor of God to fight the enemy, the devil. [Ephesians 6:10-18]

We are CHRISTIANS. We are born-again believers. We believe we have to put on the NEW MAN. Ephesians 4:24—“And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness.”

To be Born-Again, we believe in the WATER BAPTISM in Jesus’ name – emerging – receiving the gift of the Holy Spirit (THE SPIRIT BAPTISM)– and speaking in tongues as the Spirit gives utterance.

Acts 2:38—“Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.”

Acts 2:4—“And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.”

We believe in calling on the name of the LORD to receive the Holy Spirit according to Acts 2:21—“And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved.”

The Holiness of God requires Pure, Honest, and Clean lives (inwardly and outwardly).

We, the Body of Christ, the Temple of the Holy Spirit, believe in the completion of the Godhead. We believe we are one in Christ.

I Corinthians 3:16—“Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?”

I John 4:13—“Hereby know we that we dwell in him, and he in us, because he hath given us of his Spirit.”

Ephesians 4:4-5—“There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling. One Lord, one faith, one baptism.”

We believe in the Acts of the Apostles—that was when the Holy Spirit was given to the Gentile Nation. We believe in the power of God operating divinely in our lives. The power of God operates according to the activity of the belief in the Word of God.

“Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us” (Ephesians 3:20).

We are not ashamed of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We know it is the power of God unto salvation. Salvation is our deliverance. The Apostle Paul in Romans 1:16 says, “For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.

We believe in the Apostolic doctrine—our lives must exemplify what we teach, preach, testify, and act. There is no racial prejudice or partiality—we worship God in Spirit and in Truth. We believe we are all one in Christ Jesus.

Galatians 3:28—“There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye all one in Christ Jesus.”
